: archive.org: Shiva Purana - English TranslationSamabudhya (啶膏ぎ啶啶о啶�) refers to 鈥渉aving understood鈥� (the whole matter), according to the 艢ivapur膩峁嘺 2.4.14 (鈥淭he Ga峁嘺s argue and wrangle鈥�).鈥擜ccordingly, as Brahm膩 narrated to N膩rada: 鈥淥n hearing the words of 艢iva鈥檚 servants the son of P膩rvat墨 became unhappy and thought:鈥斺�淲hat shall I do?鈥�. In the meantime, the goddess heard the noise of this wrangle between the Ga峁嘺s and the doorkeeper, then looked at her friend and spoke:鈥斺�楪o and see鈥�. The friend came to the door and saw them for a moment. She understood (samabudhya) [samabudhyata] the whole matter. She was delighted and returned to P膩rvat墨. O sage, coming back she reported the matter to P膩rvat墨 as it had occurred. [...]鈥�.
