峾ⲹٰī (रामगायत्री) is the name of a Mantra employed during Jalādhivāsa (“the ceremony of placing the Lord into the waiting waters�), as discussed in chapter 4 of the 屹Ჹṃh or “Bhāradvāja-kaṇva-saṃhitā�: a Pāñcarātra text comprising some 230 ślokas mainly concerned with basic details concerning temple construction and icon consecration.—Description of chapter [Ჹ󾱱-Գܰṇi]: [...] Jalādhivāsa should then be done by placing the Lord into the waiting waters; this act is to be accompanied by ṣe첹-rites and by recitations of several mantras including the 峾ⲹٰī-Գٰ. Other matters will be taken care of before the icon is removed from the Ჹ󾱱-bath.
