ū貹Բṣaٰ (पूर्वभाद्रपदानक्षत्र) is another name for Pūrvabhādrapadā: a ame for a particular section of the ecliptic. ṣaٰ means “Lunar mansion� and corresponds to a specific region of the sky through which the moon passes each day. ū-貹 means “the first of the blessed feet� and is associated with the deity known as Ajaikapāt (Fire dragon).
