Tell me those of the S膩dhaka鈥�. The Lord spoke: 鈥榌...] The highest of the observances (pravaravrata鈥�vrat膩n膩m pravara峁�) is the Raudra-vrata. On accomplishing that, one becomes [equal to] the Sakala [form of 艢iva]. For attaining siddhi, the S膩dhaka should perform a mantra-observance that is appropriate [to the mantra in question]鈥欌��.
