: archive.org: The Indian Buddhist Iconography碍补办耻诲惫补迟墨 (啶曕啷佮う啷嵿さ啶む) is the (Mortal) Buddha艣akti associated with Krakucchanda: one of the seven mortal Buddhas (尘腻苍耻峁Ｄ�) whose names appear last in the list of thirty-two Buddhas in Mah膩y膩na Buddhism.鈥擳he last seven Tath膩gatas are well-known, and are designated by the Mah膩y膩nist as M膩nu峁Ｄ� or 鈥淢ortal Buddhas鈥�. When represented, the last seven Mortal Buddhas appear all alike; they are of one colour and one form, usually sitting cross-legged,with the right hand disposed in the Bh奴mispar艣a-尘耻诲谤腻 (earth-touching attitute), which is the 尘耻诲谤腻 peculiar to Ak峁bhya. [...] In paintings, the Mortal Buddhas [viz., Krakucchanda and 碍补办耻诲惫补迟墨] have usually a yellow or golden complexion. [...] Sometimes they are represented as standing, in which case the appear under a distinguishing Bodhi Tree and with a distinguishing 尘耻诲谤腻.
碍补办耻诲惫补迟墨 and Krakucchanda together bring into existence the (Mortal) Bodhisattva named 艢akama峁単ala.
