ұԴDZ貹ٳⲹ첹 (ग्लानोपस्थाय�) refers to the “care-giver of the sick�, according to Mahāprajñāpāramitāśāstra (chapter 19).—Accordingly, “Furthermore, the reward () attributed to generosity increases in the following cases:—[...] When the gift is made at the appropriate time (Բ). The Buddha said: “Giving to the one who is going afar (gamika), giving to the one who gas come from afar (岵Գٳܰ첹), giving to the sick (Բ), giving to the care-giver (ԴDZ貹ٳⲹ첹), giving during difficult times of wind (ٲ) or cold (śīٲ): these are gifts given at the desired time (Բ). [...]�.
