: archive.org: Trisastisalakapurusacaritra¶Ù²¹³Ù³Ù²¹±¹Ä«°ù²â²¹ (दतà¥à¤¤à¤µà¥€à¤°à¥à¤�) is the son of Indra and grandson of SahasrÄra, according to the Jain Ramayana and chapter 7.2 [RÄvaṇa’s expedition of conquest] of Hemacandra’s 11th century Triá¹£aá¹£á¹iÅ›alÄkÄpuruá¹£acaritra: an ancient Sanskrit epic poem narrating the history and legends of sixty-three illustrious persons in Jainism.
Accordingly, after NirvÄṇasaá¹…gama said to Indra (son of SahasrÄra): “After hearing this, Indra gave his kingdom to his son, ¶Ù²¹³Ù³Ù²¹±¹Ä«°ù²â²¹, and became a mendicant, practiced very severe penance, and became emancipated. One day RÄvaṇa went to Mt. Svarṇatuá¹…ga to pay homage to the sage AnantavÄ«rya whose omniscience had arisen. [...]â€�.
