: What is India: Epigraphia Indica volume XXIX (1951-1952)Chachcha (啶涏啷嵿) is the name of an ancient king mentioned in the Maser inscription of a 艢ulk墨 chief.鈥擵erses 16 to 18 contain important allusions to a number of kings with reference to whom some facts are stated, the nature of which it is impossible to make out. Thus V膩kpati is stated to have done some act and the same verse refers to a Tantr膩dhipa in the nominative case. Mu帽ja and Chachcha are mentioned further on in the genitive case.
