One should know that it is the progressive arising, externally and internally, of the sacred seats. In the (regular forward) order the sequence is O (O岣嶀笉iy膩na) J膧 (J膩landhara) P弄 (P奴r峁嘺giri) K膧 (K膩mar奴pa), and K膧 P弄 J膧 O in the reverse order [i.e., vyatikrama]. They are located (between the) eyebrows, in the cavity (of the mouth), in the throat and in heart [i.e., 产丑谤奴蝉迟丑补鈥�产丑谤奴谤补苍诲丑谤补办补峁囜弓丑补丑峁泃蝉迟丑腻岣�], respectively.
