Source: Wisdom Library: Kubjik膩mata-tantra础颈苍诲谤腻峁嚹� (啶愢え啷嵿う啷嵿ぐ啶距ぃ啷�):鈥擣irst of the eight M膩t峁泂 born from the body of Khecar墨, according to the Kubjik膩matatantra. These eight sub-manifestations (尘腻迟峁�), including 础颈苍诲谤腻峁嚹�, represent the eight directions of the compass (from east to north-east) and are presided over by the Bhairava Sa峁僾arta and his consort Rudr膩峁嚹�. Khecar墨 is the first of the Eight Mah膩尘腻迟峁泂, residing within the 惭腻迟峁沜补办谤补 (third of the five cakras) and represents the element ether or space.
Shaiva (啶多啶�, 艣aiva) or Shaivism (艣aivism) represents a tradition of Hinduism worshiping Shiva as the supreme being. Closely related to Shaktism, Shaiva literature includes a range of scriptures, including Tantras, while the root of this tradition may be traced back to the ancient Vedas.

: archive.org: Bulletin of the French School of the Far East (volume 5)础颈苍诲谤腻峁嚹� (啶愢え啷嵿う啷嵿ぐ啶距ぃ啷�) [?] (in Chinese: Yen-lo-ni) is the name of an ancient kingdom associated with 搁别惫补迟墨 or 搁别惫补迟墨nak峁tra, as mentioned in chapter 18 of the Candragarbha: the 55th section of the Mah膩sa峁僴ip膩ta-s奴tra, a large compilation of S奴tras (texts) in Mah膩y膩na Buddhism partly available in Sanskrit, Tibetan and Chinese.鈥擟hapter 18 deals with geographical astrology and, in conversation with Brahmar膩ja and others, Buddha explains how he entrusts the Nak峁tras [e.g., 搁别惫补迟墨] with a group of kingdoms [e.g., 础颈苍诲谤腻峁嚹玗 for the sake of protection and prosperity.
