He keeps in his right hands the 驳补诲腻, chakra, 办丑补岣峠补, 岣峚尘补谤耻, mudhara, 艣奴濒补, 补峁卥耻艣补 and 补办峁尘腻濒腻; and in the left hands the tomara (an iron club), 辫补峁弓颈艣补, kavacha (shield), 办补辫腻濒补, 迟补谤箩补苍墨, 驳丑补峁璦, 艣补办迟颈 and 辫补谤补艣耻; or, there may be in one of the left hands a sword as in the right hand.

Source: Wisdom Library: Pancaratra (Samhita list)1) Ahirbudhnya (啶呧す啶苦ぐ啷嵿が啷佮ぇ啷嵿え啷嵿く) is the name of an ancient P膩帽car膩tra Sa峁僪it膩 mentioned in the 笔补诲尘补蝉补峁僪颈迟腻: the most widely followed of Sa峁僪it膩 covering the entire range of concerns of P膩帽car膩tra doctrine and practice (i.e., the four-fold formulation of subject matter鈥�箩帽腻苍补, yoga, 办谤颈测腻 and 肠补谤测腻) consisting of roughly 9000 verses.鈥擺Cf. J帽膩nap膩da chapter 1, verses 99-114]鈥擣irst is explained the folly of following more than one Sa峁僪it膩 for a single series of rituals. Then the names of the 108 Tantras of the P膩帽car膩tra corpus are named [e.g., Ahirbudhnya]. Even those who repeat these 108 titles will gain salvation.

It is believed that Lord V膩sudeva revealed the first group of texts which are called Divya and the next group is called Muniprokta which are further divided in to three viz. a. S膩ttvika (e.g., Ahirbudhnya-sa峁僪it膩). b. R膩jasa. c. T膩masa.
Pancaratra (啶ぞ啶炧啶氞ぐ啶距い啷嵿ぐ, p膩帽car膩tra) represents a tradition of Hinduism where Narayana is revered and worshipped. Closeley related to Vaishnavism, the Pancaratra literature includes various Agamas and tantras incorporating many Vaishnava philosophies.

Ahirbudhnya (啶呧す啶苦ぐ啷嵿が啷佮ぇ啷嵿え啷嵿く) is a name mentioned in the 惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 (cf. I.60.2) and represents one of the many proper names used for people and places. Note: The 惭补丑腻产丑腻谤补迟补 (mentioning Ahirbudhnya) is a Sanskrit epic poem consisting of 100,000 艣濒辞办补蝉 (metrical verses) and is over 2000 years old.
The Purana (啶啶班ぞ啶�, pur膩峁嘺s) refers to Sanskrit literature preserving ancient India鈥檚 vast cultural history, including historical legends, religious ceremonies, various arts and sciences. Vi峁ａ箛u, 2. Jupiter, 3. Indra, 4. Agni (fire), 5. Tva峁ａ弓膩, 6. Ahirbudhnya [i.e., Uttarapro峁ａ弓hapad膩], 7. The Pit峁泂, 8. V膩sudeva, 9. Soma (the Moon), 10. Indr膩gni, 11. A艣vinideva, 12. 2) 膧丑颈谤产耻诲丑苍测补 (啶嗋す啶苦ぐ啷嵿が啷佮ぇ啷嵿え啷嵿く) is another name for Uttarabh膩drapada , according to the B峁沨atsa峁僪it膩 (chapter 15) (鈥淥n the 苍补办峁迟谤补蝉鈥斺赌榓蝉迟别谤颈蝉尘蝉鈥欌赌�).鈥擜ccordingly, 鈥淭hose who are born on the lunar day of Uttarabh膩drapada [i.e., 腻丑颈谤产耻诲丑苍测补] will be Br膩hmins, performers of sacrificial rights; will be generous, devout, rich and observant of the rules of the holy orders; will be heretics, rulers, dealers in rice鈥�.
Jyotisha (啶溹啶啶むた啶�, 箩测辞迟颈峁 or jyotish) refers to 鈥榓stronomy鈥� or 鈥淰edic astrology鈥� and represents the fifth of the six Vedangas (additional sciences to be studied along with the Vedas). Jyotisha concerns itself with the study and prediction of the movements of celestial bodies, in order to calculate the auspicious time for rituals and ceremonies.
