Source: Wisdom Library: Maha Prajnaparamita Sastra础产丑颈濒腻辫补尘腻谤驳补 (啶呧き啶苦げ啶距お啶ぞ啶班啶�) refers to the 鈥減ath of speech鈥�, according to Mah膩praj帽膩p膩ramit膩艣膩stra (chapter 4).鈥擜ccordingly, 鈥淸Question: Why is the Buddha called Samyaksa峁僢uddha?]鈥擺Answer]: [...] Furthermore, he knows that all the Dharmas are truly unchangeable (abhedya), without increase or decrease. Why are they unchangeable? When the functioning of the mind (肠颈迟迟补-辫谤补惫峁泃迟颈) is stopped (sthita) and destroyed (niruddha), when the path of speech (补产丑颈濒腻辫补尘腻谤驳补) is cut, he understands that Dharmas are motionless (acala), like 苍颈谤惫腻峁嘺 itself. This is why he is called Samyaksa峁僢uddha鈥�.
